Rental Agreement

By renting porta potties from Albert Rental Works, you agree to these terms and conditions. All rentals are subject to availability and our approval.

Rental Period and Pricing

Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the pickup date. Pricing is based on the rental period, unit type, and delivery location. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Delivery and Pickup

We will deliver units to the specified location during agreed-upon timeframes. Customer is responsible for providing clear access to the delivery location. Pickup will occur on or after the agreed end date.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery information and site access
  • Ensure units are not damaged beyond normal wear
  • Notify us immediately of any issues or damage
  • Do not move units once placed without authorization
  • Ensure units are used only for their intended purpose

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Late cancellations may incur fees.

Liability

Customer is responsible for damage to units beyond normal wear and tear. Albert Rental Works is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of equipment.
